We are seeking two full time Business Development Managers for an Automotive Aftermarket Program Group

Job Description:
We need 2 individuals with solid experience in the automotive aftermarket.? These individuals will be responsible for driving sales for the Automotive Distribution Network membership in a geographic area, by developing relationships with the membership and their customers.? In addition, the individuals will be responsible for developing a partnership with the membership, assisting with growth in the areas of Marketing, IT initiatives, National Accounts, Product Compliance, and Network Products Co-Man Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and expanding membership sales opportunities
• Working with membership sales staff in implementation of new and existing programs in all areas
• Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the membership and the association
• Being a Staff Liaison with assigned membership in areas of Marketing, IT, National Accounts, and Product Development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing in the automotive aftermarket.
• Ability for extensive travel
• MS Office skills
• Ability to manage, motivate and influence people and business
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Bachelors Degree in Business or marketing is preferred, but not required
